Public Service Announcement: Final

 

Welcome to my PSA! I am very happy with how this turned out, this has been the most challenging and time consuming project yet for me. It was super fun to go through a bit of a trial and error process with this!

One thing I struggled with for multiple days this past week was the rotations of my car wheels suddenly working and not working at inexplicable times while I was working on this animation. I still don't know what was wrong, but they work now!
