Your puppet is well designed, I think some hand motions and animation would add more visual interest throughout the video, and maybe some text could be added to help display what information is being told to us.
Pretty neat! I think giving more movement to your puppet would help out a lot, and filling some of the awkward silence with plane facts or reasons why this specific way to make paper airplanes works so well would've been cool to see (it feels fitting to have some fun facts while being taught by a pilot).
I love the use of the in-real-life B-roll of making a paper airplane, as it's much easier to see what's happening than just drawings of each fold. The character does get in front of the folding video in some parts, but I can understand if you were using the title safe grid and were worried about it getting cut off, as I did the same thing with mine. Nice work!
Nice character and background video, good job matching the audio with what is actually happening. I agree with others in that a bit of movement in the character would be nice.
I think spending more time on the character portion of the project would make it more dynamic and action focused. The character itself is great but could move more.
