Cool audio, but there's a lot of background noise that might distract from what you do with your type. I think it could be fun and less jarring if you manage to incorporate it somehow (words zooming with the cars flying past, or some visual indicator of the static-y broadcast)
I agree with Emily, I think if you incorporate the racecar sounds into your animation it could be really cool. However if you don't play with that sound and decide to ignore it, it might be a little distracting.
This is a very cool audio, though I can see how it could be challenging if you wanted to incorporate the sound of the cars in the background with an animation. Excited to see what you will do with it!
There was a part in the audio that was really muffled and a lot going on, around the middle. Try to clean up as much as you can to make the words stand out among the crowd and cars.
i enjoy the audio; might be hard since there is a lot going on but knowing how experienced/knowledgeable you are with cars im confident you will do something cool
I really like the audio you chose. There’s a lot happening in the background, which could be challenging, but it also makes it interesting and realistic. With a bit of cleanup, the main sounds will stand out even more. I’m excited to see how you develop this and what you end up doing with it.
Hi Emma This should be a lot further along (and maybe already is). However, really need to lock down the soundtrack before you can even start animating.I just don't know what the point of this narrative is. Who is your target audience and will they understand this unless they are race fans? If your target audience is NASCAR fans than this works fine, understanding you might leave some viewers scratching their heads? That said much could be done with animating intros and outro's and hang time once you have the title cards synchronized to a lockdown soundtrack.
I like that you chose an audio that fits well with your personal practice!

ReplyDeleteI think you can do a lot of stuff with this audio if you choose to animate a lot! I could invision what your type would look like on the screen.
